چکیده
Abstract Objectives Multiple myeloma (MM) is a common hematological cancer. Hence, it important to conduct further studies investigating the molecular mechanisms in detail that contributes genesis. In addition genetic changes, epigenetic factors such as miRNAs may influence expression of myeloma-related genes. Methods Our study aimed detect genes closely related MM and involved cancer process by changing these with bioinformatics tools vitro methods. Bioinformatics approaches identified hub our have role change connected myeloma. The functional impacts chosen miRNA on RPMI8226 U266 cell lines effect this changes putative target were investigated. Results viability miR-145-5p transfected cells was found decrease compared control IGF1R NRAS be significantly suppressed both at mRNA level. Decreased levels confirmed protein level well cells. addition, /miR-145-5p interaction demonstrated via luciferase reporter assay. However, EGFR , KLF4 IRS1 CDK4 CDK6 candidate had no statistically significant difference Conclusions Mir-145-5p act tumor suppressor inhibit proliferation targeting .

Downregulation of TMEM40 by miR-138-5p suppresses cell proliferation and mobility in clear cell renal cell carcinoma
Background: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) represents approximately 70% of RCC,as the most frequent histological subtype of RCC. MiR-138-5p, a tumor-related microRNA (miRNA), has been reported to be implicated in the diverse types of human malignancies, but its role in ccRCCremains unclear. Objective: The study was designed to investigate the function...
متن کاملMiR-493 suppresses the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells by targeting RhoC
Objective(s):MiRNAs have been proposed to be key regulators of tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis. However, their effect and prognostic value in gastric cancer is still poorly known. Materials and Methods: Gastric cancer cell lines were cultured. Tissue samples obtained from 36 gastric cancer patients were used for quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis. The tissue microarrays (T...

متن کاملMicroRNA-145 suppresses cell proliferation, invasion and migration in pancreatic cancer cells by targeting NEDD9
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) represent a class of small non‑coding RNAs regulating gene expression by inducing the degradation of RNA or interfering with translation. Aberrant miRNA expression has been described in several types of cancer in humans. In the present study, it was demonstrated that miR‑145 is downregulated in pancreatic cancer tissues and the Panc‑1 cell line. Restoration of miR‑145 inhibit...
متن کاملmiR-506 inhibits cell proliferation and invasion by targeting TET family in colorectal cancer
Objective(s): Ten-eleven translocation (TET) family members have been shown to be involved in the development of many tumors. However, the biological role of the TET family and its mechanism of action in colorectal carcinogenesis and progression remain poorly understood. Materials and Methods:We measured the expression levels of TET family members in colorectal cancer (CRC) specimens, in the c...
